2. Mobile Messaging Program
2.1 User Opt-In
The Program allows users to receive SMS/MMS messages by affirmatively opting in, such as through online forms, texting to our short code, or providing your phone number at Campaign events. By opting in, you consent to receive autodialed or human-initiated marketing messages, including campaign updates, event notifications, vote reminders, and donation requests. Consent to receive messages is not required to make donations or purchases.
2.2 Program Description
Users in the Program can expect recurring messages about the Campaign, including news, volunteer opportunities, and fundraising appeals. Message frequency varies based on Campaign activities and your interactions.
2.3 Cost and Frequency
Message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier. The Program involves recurring messages, with additional messages sent based on your engagement (e.g., responses or event RSVPs).
2.4 Opt-Out and Additional Commands
To opt out of the Program, reply “STOP” to any message from us. You will receive a confirmation message verifying your opt-out. For help, text “HELP” or email info@rodneyglassman.com. If you change, forfeit, or deactivate your phone number, you agree to notify us immediately at info@rodneyglassman.com.
2.5 MMS Disclosure
If your device does not support MMS, you may receive SMS messages instead.
2.6 Supported Carriers
The Program is supported by major U.S. carriers, including Verizon Wireless, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, Metro, Boost, Virgin Mobile USA, and U.S. Cellular, among others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
2.7 Program Availability
The Program is available only to U.S. residents. You may not access or use the Program from outside the U.S. or in violation of U.S. export control laws.
3. Website Usage
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Website or Program. By using our services, you confirm you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

Contributions to the Campaign are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. When donating, you must provide accurate information (e.g., name, address, occupation, employer, donation amount) as required by Arizona law (A.R.S. § 16-926). Donations are processed by our third-party payment processor and reported to the Arizona Secretary of State for public disclosure. All donations are final unless non-compliant with state or federal campaign finance laws. You confirm that your donations comply with all applicable laws and are made with your own funds.
5. Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or transfer your phone numbers or personal information collected through the Program for profit.
